Meet the team

Dylan Loughlin founded Copacetic Business Solutions in November 2018 with the aim of providing professional and practical Human Resource advice to clients, as well as representing parties in the Office of the Industrial Tribunal.

In relation to Human Resource Management, Dylan is fuelled by the nuances of Employment Relations, specifically, staff turnover intentions and the understanding of why people may want to remain within an organization or in the alternative, to leave it. He also enjoys workplace investigations and the importance of impartiality in respect of decision making which is based on data.

The importance and intricacies of the Rules and Procedures is something which Dylan thrives on- he would often represent Claimants and Respondents at Case Management, Pre-Hearing and Full Merits levels and has done so in both Northern Ireland and England.
